December is believed to be the wettest month in the city while February is usually the sunniest.
Hiring a car is not necessary while in the city. Actually, you’re better off using public transportation in the city. The roads are almost always full of jams and parking is literally non-existent in the main areas of the city. The presence of an excellent public transportation system and a world class MRT also negates the need for having your own mode of transportation.
